Productive establishment

Our production establishment is located in Los Altos, Province of Catamarca. From this establishment, we carry out 100% of our production, including legumes.

Storage, drying and distribution facilities

The storage plant is located in the Province of Córdoba. It has a storage capacity of 6,000 tons of grains. In addition, the plant has infrastructure that enables grain loading to the Belgrano Railroad.

We are recognized for our irrigation infrastructure.

We carry out all production tasks with our own equipment and machinery, ensuring full control and consistency throughout the process.

🚜🌾 Windrowing in Red Kidney Beans – What It Is and Why It Matters

Windrowing is the technique of cutting bean plants at ground level and laying them in rows to dry naturally in the field before harvest.

🔧 How it works:
1️⃣ Plants are cut with a swather or blade
2️⃣ Laid gently in long rows (“windrows”)
3️⃣ Left to dry under the sun ☀️ for several days
4️⃣ Picked up by a combine when moisture is right

✅ Why it’s important:
• Promotes uniform, natural drying 🌬️
• Prevents staining and discoloration 🫘
• Reduces shattering and mechanical loss
• Improves DRK and seed quality for export
• ✨ No chemical desiccants needed – just sun and time

Too early? ➡️ Green seeds
Too late? ➡️ Splitting and losses
Wet weather? ➡️ Risk of mold and stain
